Refund Policy
Credit Balances are reviewed and a refund is processed to the patient or insurance company if appropriate
Credit balances less than $10.00 will not be refunded unless requested.
There will be a $25.00 insufficient funds charge on all returned checks.
If the account has unpaid charges, a refund will not be processed until all charges are paid.
