While we participate in many insurance plans and make every effort to assist patients and their referring physicians with pre-authorization of benefits, we do not participate in all insurance products. Understanding and complying with the limits of their insurance contract is ultimately the patient's responsibility. Any out-of-network service which is rendered without Pain Management Associates' expressed written acceptance of other payment arrangements will result in the patient's financial responsibility for the balance of any and all charges.
